San Carlos Trail Reconstruction
In 2011, Arrowhead Trails, Inc. (ATI) entered into an agreement with the San Carlos Ranger District (SCRD) to reconstruct portions of the Rainbow Trail beginning at the South Colony Trailhead and working North. The collaboration between ATI and the SCRD has proven to be an efficient and productive agreement with ATI providing the machine portion of the reconstruction while the SCRD crews provide the preliminary corridor clearing and finishing handwork.USFS – Pike San Isabel National Forests Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands
